I have been working at Hilo Glencoe for the past 6 months. The job is really enjoyable. You can start as a junior employee and end up a supervisor once you work your way up. Hilo is a good place to work because you have a lot of benefits.

I’ve been working at Hilo for the past 3years and I have to admit Hilo has given me the opportunity to grow in so many ways. In 2009, through Head Office, I enrolled in the IGA online course. Through this, I was able to gain quite a bit of knowledge pertaining to the supermarket industry. I am presently a participant in the Neal and Massy Middle Management Leadership Program, which is an excellent program. If there’s anyone who is interested in working at Hilo, all I have to tell them is, always bear in mind that life is a learning process that never ends and if you apply yourself, anything is possible.
